Refund Policy
Cancelling a Session
The client must inform the trainer 12 hours prior to the time of the session to still retain the session credit/reschedule. The client will then have the option to reschedule at no fee.
In the event a client cancels within 12 hours of the session a $7.00 cancellation fee will be charged, and the client can reschedule the session.
No shows will be charged full price for the session and forfeit the session for the month.
Cancelling a Plan
If a client cancels a monthly plan without using the monthly sessions they will be refunded 50% of the value of each session and retain access to the program for the remainder of the month.
